It is a high-tech enterprise that specialises in the research, development, production and sale of high-grade spherical metal powder materials. The company provides customers with integrated solutions for the research, development, production, processing and application of metal powder. The company has obtained ISO9001 quality system certification and is dedicated to innovation-driven development for new energy, aviation, aerospace, automotive, mould, medical devices and other industries.
It develops low-cost and high-quality metal powder materials and ancillary equipment for additive manufacturing and powder metallurgy.
The powder is produced by VIGA, EIGA and other processes, breaking through the low-cost,, high-purity, high-stability alloy powder aerosol preparation technology for additive manufacturing. We have achieved a leading position in optimising powder composition for additive manufacturing, controlling gas content, and monitoring yield, powder fluidity, and powder performance stability. On this basis, we have developed high-purity suspension melting atomisation powder production technology, further broadened the temperature range of atomised alloy, improved the purity of powder, lowered the production cost of activated powder, and achieved independent control of the core technology of powders for high-end manufacturing.
